This very personal travel newsletter has been created to give you a glimpse of my personal and joyful experience of Sedona.

I moved to Sedona over six years ago to change the direction of my life.  To embark on a spiritual journey to learn more about my “self”.

The lessons I have learned and continue to learn have been deeply challenging and richly rewarding on many levels.  I have experienced a shift in consciousness that I believe many women are also feeling.  They are spending more time at day spas and retreats to nurture themselves, seeking a more peaceful existence in the midst of incredibly busy lives.

Personally experiencing these changes and observing other women from many cultures seeking greater depth and authenticity in their lives has given me an even greater awareness of a shift in human consciousness.  Both women and men are searching for new ways to relieve stress and find peace and relaxation in weekend getaways or even day trips.

For many couples it’s Romantic Getaways.  However, given this shift in consciousness that expresses a need for more authentic experiences a NEW Romance is emerging.  Romance that is grounded in being real with each other and expressing ones feelings.  A comfortable and very natural way of being together.

Knowing that Sedona is considered to be one of the most romantic travel destinations in the world I thought it would be ideal to create a travel newsletter that focused on experiencing this New Romance in Sedona.

And I thought it would be fun to share this insight with men who are planning a romantic experience for someone special in their lives. Especially men who are apart of this evolving consciousness and
are truly interested in building or growing a special relationship.

On these pages I am sharing many of my favorite experiences… things that range from very simple pleasures to small luxuries. From the best blueberry muffins in town to the hikes that lift my spirit. Insights into the spiritual teachers who have changed my life forever.  The things that I love to do and the places that have made my heart sing!

New Romance is truly about simply opening up ourselves to living with and open heart and embracing life with passion.

Once you visit this land that still holds the mystery of the ancient ones, your life will never be the same.
