I have lived in many cities prior to Sedona. One of the first things I do to feel more comfortable in a new city is check out the library. Sedona’s library is really great. It’s one of the few libraries in the country that was built mostly by volunteer labor and local donations. It’s simply a delightful experience for book lovers. For tourists there is a system receiving a temporary library card. The cost is $50.00. When all books are returned you receive $45.00 back. So your total cost is $5.00. It’s worth every penny!
